TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rates are per room, per night, including overnight, breakfast, service charge and insurance. Guests are responsible for bearing the extra costs (i.e. telephone, mini-bar, etc.), which are payable to the hotel reception desk.
The reservation of hotels must be made through CIM Ltd in order to take advantage of the reduced prices. Any change of booking has to be sent to CIM Ltd. and not directly to the hotel.
Room guarantee
Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. This can be done by filling in the offline Credit Card Payment Form. After that you will receive a Confirmation letter. As of 10 June 2017 we will proceed with payment and credit cards will be processed accordingly as after this date all reservations are charged for the full stay.
In case you are not in a possession of a credit card, you may guarantee the reservation by bank transfer with a deposit of 1 night. The outstanding balance should be settled not later than10 June 2017.
If paying online by credit card, the amount for the entire stay will be required at the time of booking.
A confirmation letter and invoice(s) will be duly sent after receiving the respective payment(s).
Cancellation policy
Only written cancellation will be considered. Please note that the cancellation policy is as follows:
- The amount of 1 night's stay will be charged/kept for cancellations received before 1 June 2017. The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded less bank charges.
- No refund for cancellations as from 1 June 2017.
