CANCELLATION POLICY
Before 1 May 2017 – 100% refund, less a 30% for bank fees
After 1 May 2017 – no refunds.
No refunds will be given for accepted papers for publicity.
CONFIRMATION LETTER
A letter of confirmation will be sent to participant on receipt of the registration form and respective payment.
REGISTRATION DESK
On arrival at the hotel and after check-in, participants are kindly requested to contact the registration desk situated next to the conference hall where they will be supplied their registration badges and conference materials. Outstanding balances for accommodation and/or transfers or social programme should be settled at the registration desk.
